C is for... Customer Service.

I just wanted to post and say that after my previous blog about missguided.co.uk, they have really excelled themselves. Their customer service has been fantastic, responding straight away to rectify the situation and to make Hannah feel a valued customer. Definitely won me over and I know that Hannah is more than happy with the way the situation has been resolved. Credit where credit's due.
